Married for 22 years (Wife Tanya Carpenter Cox) with 3 children (Kennedy - 17, Sydney -15 and Grayson - 12) Randy has been a part of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro/Chatham County Community for 40 + years and now lives out at the Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Community. With more than 3 decades in people management and an understanding of the building business, community development and general brokerage, he works to maintain a focus on his family, friends and the agents at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston.
In fact, you can find him cooking on his grill on wheels for the agents at Coldwell Banker at agent appreciation events held every quarter or cooking with friends and family out at Lake Gaston, Jordan Lake or at the Preserve at Jordan Lake.
